  • Ginger Beer – Adds that extra layer of complexity to the drink

How To Make Homemade Ginger Ale Mocktail

  1. Make your own homemade Ginger Honey Simple Syrup or use Simple Syrup.
  2. Add ice to fill a bar glass. Squeeze the juice of ¼ of a lemon into the glass.
  3. Add one shot glass of honey simple syrup, 2 ounces of ginger beer, and 1-2 ounces of bubbly water or club soda.
  4. 4. Garnish glass with a slice of lemon. You can also use an orange piece.

  • Make with maple syrup and ginger syrup.
  • Use a bottled all-natural ginger ale.

1 Fresh Lemon

Instructions

1. Make your homemade Ginger Honey Simple Syrup or use Simple Syrup.

 

2. Add ice to fill a bar glass. Squeeze the juice of ¼ of a lemon into a glass.

4. Garnish glass with a slice of lemon. You can also use an orange slice. I love putting slices in the glass as well.

For best results, use Ginger Honey Syrup.
