- Sparkling Water, Bubbly Water, or Club Soda – we used Pelligrino
- Lemons – fresh sliced and some to squeeze in drink
- Ginger Beer – Adds that extra layer of complexity to the drink

- Ginger Beer – we use Reed’s Ginger Beer. This is non-alcoholic.

How To Make Homemade Ginger Ale Mocktail
- Make your own homemade Ginger Honey Simple Syrup or use Simple Syrup.
- Add ice to fill a bar glass. Squeeze the juice of ¼ of a lemon into the glass.
- Add one shot glass of honey simple syrup, 2 ounces of ginger beer, and 1-2 ounces of bubbly water or club soda.
- 4. Garnish glass with a slice of lemon. You can also use an orange piece.
Variations on Ginger Brew Non-Alcoholic Drink
- Make with maple syrup and ginger syrup.
- Use a bottled all-natural ginger ale.
- Serve with an orange slice or fresh pineapple
- Add a splash of Pineapple juice or Orange Juice

1 Fresh Lemon
Instructions

2. Add ice to fill a bar glass. Squeeze the juice of ¼ of a lemon into a glass.
3. Add one shot glass of honey simple syrup, 2 ounces of ginger beer, and 2 ounces of bubbly water.
4. Garnish glass with a slice of lemon. You can also use an orange slice. I love putting slices in the glass as well.
