You’ll need the following simple ingredients to make this refreshing Virgin Mojito Recipe.

- 10-12 Fresh Mint Leaves
- Simple Syrup or Agave Nectar (or sweetener of choice)
- Sparkling Water or Club Soda
- Ice Cubes
- Lemon Slices and Mint Sprigs for Garnish

How To Make Lemon Mint Mojito Mocktail – Step by Step

- Juice the lemons. Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice. Set aside.
- Add the mint leaves and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the mint in the bottom of the glass to release the mint flavor and combine it with the sweetness of the sugar. You can use a muddler or the back end of a wooden spoon.
- Add the fresh lemon juice to the cocktail shaker. Stir well to combine. Add two cups of sparkling water. Place a top on the cocktail shaker and shake to combine or give it a good stir.
- Fill the serving glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the lemon mint mocktail mixture into the tall glass over the ice. Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish the mocktail with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint. Enjoy this delicious mocktail!
