This Easy Ginger Beer Mocktail Recipe is delicious and is perfect for every holiday party, baby shower, or gathering! This lovely ginger non-alcoholic mocktail is made with ginger honey syrup, ginger beer, lemon, and sparkling water. Ginger is an anti-inflammatory staple in our home!

Ingredients

2 ounces Bubbly Water

2 ounces Ginger Beer or Dry Ginger ale

1 ounce Homemade or purchased Fresh Ginger Syrup

1 Fresh Lemon

Instructions

1. Make your homemade Ginger Honey Simple Syrup or use Simple Syrup.

 

2. Add ice to fill a bar glass. Squeeze the juice of ¼ of a lemon into a glass.

 

3. Add one shot glass of honey simple syrup, 2 ounces of ginger beer, and 2 ounces of bubbly water. 

 

4. Garnish glass with a slice of lemon. You can also use an orange slice. I love putting slices in the glass as well. 

Notes

For best results, use Ginger Honey Syrup.
