I discovered this island drink in Maui, and it is one of my favorite blended drinks! This delicious tropical pineapple drink is among the most popular on any island vacation. - Frozen Pineapple Chunks – I used fresh, ripe pineapple and froze it for the ultimate sweetness.
- Unsweetened Pineapple Juice – You can use any brand you like. I used Dole.
- Full-Fat Coconut Milk – I used organic coconut milk with no guar gum. It adds creaminess!
- Ice
Instructions to Make Pina Colada Mocktail – Step-by-Step

- Place Unsweetened Pineapple Juice in a High-Speed Blender. For best results, add liquids first for more effortless blending!
- Add a can of full-fat Coconut Milk.
- Add Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- Add Ice Cubes and blend.
Step 1 – Place all ingredients in the blender, liquids first, for more effortless blending.
Step 2 – Blend until thick and combined. Add additional ice if needed.
Step 3 – Pour Pina Colada into your favorite glass and garnish with fresh fruit or umbrellas.
Variations
- Kick it up a notch by adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge or Maraschino cherry
- Substitute Orange Juice for a tropical fresh fruit flavor.

- 1 Can of Full-Fat Coconut Milk – I used organic full-fat coconut milk. It adds creaminess!
- 1–2 cups Ice (Start with 1 and add the second cup of ice if needed)

Step 1 – Place all ingredients in the blender, liquids first, for more effortless blending.
Step 2—Blend until thick and combined. Add additional ice if needed. If it is too thick, drizzle in additional coconut milk.
