- ½ cup Chicken Broth
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 and ¾ pounds jumbo raw shrimp, shelled
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley
- freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon (fresh lemon juice)

- You can substitute the Chicken Broth for 1/2 Cup dry white wine.

- Add the chicken broth, salt, red pepper flakes, paprika, and freshly ground black pepper. Bring to a simmer for 2 minutes until wine reduces by about half.
- Toss in the fresh shrimp and cook until they become pink, which should take 2 to 3 minutes, depending on their size. Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon and sprinkle in the parsley.
