- Brown Rice Crispies – We used Farmers We Know Gluten-Free
- Sea Salt
- Mini M&M’s or Mini Chocolate Chips

- We used Bob’s Mill Certified Quick Oats. You can also pulse old-fashioned oats in a high-speed blender until they have the texture of quick oats.
- We used all-natural Organic Almond Butter.
- If you do not have Brown Rice Krispies, you can substitute oats or ground flaxseed
- You can also use a Dye Free Chocolate Candy like Unreal or Choco Yums.

- In a large mixing bowl mix Creamy Almond Butter with Honey until combined
- Add Oats and Rice Krispies and mix until combined
- Add mini M&M’s or Mini Chocolate Chips
- Use a tablespoon or small spring-loaded cookie scoop to form small protein balls.
- Place in small paper truffle cups
- Refrigerate or freeze
