Ingredient Notes

  • We used Bob’s Mill Certified Quick Oats. You can also pulse old-fashioned oats in a high-speed blender until they have the texture of quick oats.
  • We used all-natural Organic Almond Butter.
  • If you do not have Brown Rice Krispies, you can substitute oats or ground flaxseed
  • You can also use a Dye Free Chocolate Candy like Unreal or Choco Yums.

How To Make Almond Butter Protein Balls- Step by Step

  1. In a large mixing bowl mix Creamy Almond Butter with Honey until combined
  2. Add Oats and Rice Krispies and mix until combined
  3. Add mini M&M’s or Mini Chocolate Chips
  4. Use a tablespoon or small spring-loaded cookie scoop to form small protein balls.
  5. Place in small paper truffle cups
  6. Refrigerate or freeze

  • We store our almond protein balls in the freezer so a gluten-free snack is always ready!

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. We also freeze ours, so an oatball snack is always available! You can store in a ziplock bag or sturdy covered container.
