  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 medium lemon
  • ⅛ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

How To Make Baked Mayo Parmesan Salmon – Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the mayo, garlic, and the juice from half of the lemon. Stir to
    combine.
  4. Place the salmon fillets onto a parchment-lined baking dish or sheet pan. Coat each fillet with the mayo mixture, then top with grated parmesan cheese. Top with lemon slices.
  5. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese lightly browns and the fish flakes
    easily. The fish is medium well when the internal temperature is tested with an instant-read thermometer at 120-125 degrees. It will continue to cook when removed from the oven. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy. 
  6. Serve at the table with fresh lemon wedges and grated parmesan cheese. Double the sauce recipe and serve a dollop alongside the cooked salmon.

  • Be careful not to overcook the salon. Remove from the oven when salmon temps at 120-125 degrees for medium well.
  • Double the sauce recipe to serve alongside the cooked salmon at the table with lemon wedges.
