The best Almond Butter Protein Balls are a family favorite snack! This easy no-bake recipe is so much fun to make with your kids. This recipe only has 6 ingredients. The protein balls are full of almond butter and chocolate flavor, crunchy and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 and 1/3 Cups Natural Almond Butter – use all natural creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 and 1/2 Cups Certified Gluten-Free Quick Oats – (regular if you are not gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup Brown Rice Crispies
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Mini M&M’s or Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Mix Creamy Almond Butter with Honey until combined
  2. Add Oats and Rice Krispies and mix until combined
  3. Add mini M&M’s or Mini Chocolate Chips
  4. Use a tablespoon or small cookie spring-loaded scoop to form small protein balls.
  5. Place in small paper truffle cups
  6. Refrigerate or freeze

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. We also freeze ours, so an oatball snack is always available!
