  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or whey powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 packet stevia powder (or your favorite sweetener)
  • Optional Oat Milk whipped cream

  • You can also substitute ground flaxseed for chia seeds
