- Add coconut milk, chia seeds, honey, and cocoa powder to a medium-sized bowl or high-speed blender if you prefer blended chia. Mix well until the ingredients are combined and the cocoa powder is lump-free. Place bowl in refrigerator while you make the cherry layer and the chia pudding thickens.
