How To Make The Gluten-Free Oreo Crust – Step by Step

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
  3. Melt the butter over low heat and bring to room temperature.
  4. Prepare the crust: In a food processor, add the whole Oreo cookies and pulse for a minute until they turn into fine Oreo crumbs. Add the melted butter and pulse for 30 seconds until the mixture looks like wet sand. Transfer the Oreo crust mixture to the springform pan and press it firmly up the sides. We used the bottom of a measuring cup to press the crust into the pan.
  5. Transfer the pan to the preheated 350-degree oven and bake for eight to ten minutes.
  6. Cool the crust to room temperature and fill with your favorite pie or cheesecake filling.

Tips

  • Use regular Gluten-Free Oreo Cookies. For best results, do not use double-stuffed Oreos, as the crust will be too wet.
  • This gluten-free Oreo crust’s beauty is its versatility. You can fill the crust with chocolate ganache, chocolate pie filling, or vanilla custard. We love an old-fashioned chocolate cheesecake, which is our favorite!

Storage

You can store your Oreo Crust in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Additions and Substitutions

You can use Gluten-Free Vanilla Oreos or even Gluten Free Mint Oreos.
