This smoothie is unique because it tastes like a strawberry milkshake! You can also substitute any of your favorite fresh fruit. All you need is a good blender!

  • You can replace the Cottage Cheese with Greek Yogurt
  • Instead of Flaxseed, use Hempseed or Chia Seeds
  • Add a Tablespoon of Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
  • You can also use Frozen Strawberries
  • Add Protein Powder or Whey Protein Concentrate
  • Add a handful of spinach
  • You can use dairy milk, almond milk, coconut milk or oat milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Milk or Low-Fat Milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 cups fresh Strawberries
