Pina Colada and Strawberry Puree in a tall glass with umbrellas

Our honeymoon in Maui inspired this Delicious Strawberry Lava Flow Colada Mocktail Recipe. Pina Coladas, generally served with white rum and Chi Chis and Lava Flows, are very popular in all the Hawaiian bars.

We were excited to make a Mocktail version of this frozen drink to enjoy with family and friends. Kids are thrilled by the fresh strawberry mixture rising through the glass when you pour ‘the molten lava’ into the Pina Colada.
