The Best Healthy Tuna Patty Recipe – Quick and Easy!
This delicious, healthy tuna patty recipe is so easy to make. It’s a quick, tasty meal with ingredients in your pantry. Also, this low-calorie tuna patty has only 200 calories per serving.
I wanted to improve the health of these tuna burgers, so I added some chopped red peppers, celery, and onions and used a whole grain gluten-free cracker for the breadcrumbs. You can also do this with Salmon Patties or Turkey Burgers. The onion adds moisture and deep flavor, and the red bell pepper adds a subtle sweetness. I served these with Dijon Honey Slaw, which added that lovely crunch.
