Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl. Let the chia pudding mixture rest for 10-15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add the chia mixture to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Place the blended chia mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until thick and creamy.
