The BEST Healthy Creamy Mango-Pineapple Smoothie hits all the flavor notes with pineapple, mango, coconut milk, lime, and fresh banana. This creamy smoothie is perfect for breakfast or a family snack on a hot day! It tastes like the tropics and could be a ‘fun mocktail’!
1 and 1/2 Cups Frozen Pineapple
3 Cups Frozen Mango
1/2 Banana
1 Can Full-fat Coconut Milk
Juice of 1/2 Lime
6 oz. Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
Place the Coconut Milk, Pineapple, Banana, Juice of 1/2 Lime and Mango in a High-Speed Blender
Blend until smooth and creamy. If it is too thick, scrape down the blender and add more water or coconut milk. It’s very thick and icy.
