Delicious moist EASY Pan Glazed Honey Garlic Salmon Recipe is pan-sauteed with honey, garlic,  and olive oil. The honey glaze caramelizes the salmon and adds a wonderfully sweet teriyaki flavor. It’s one of our go-to salmon recipes! It’s a great family recipe when you want to get dinner on the table pronto!

Ingredients

Scale

16 oz salmon, cut into 4 filets

Sea Salt

Cracked black pepper

3 tablespoons Sweet Honey

2 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos (You can also use Tamari but we prefer Coconut Aminos)

3 tablespoons of Olive Oil, divided

1 Tablespoon of Butter

1 tablespoon fresh garlic (minced) (About 3 cloves)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Season salmon filets with salt and pepper. Set aside.

2. In a small bowl, mix honey, coconut aminos (or Tamari), and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Set aside.

3. Heat the remaining one tablespoon of olive oil, one tablespoon of butter, and chopped garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat, cooking until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.

4. Place the salmon fillets in the pan, flesh side down.

5. Cook for about 3 minutes, then carefully flip, skin side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes, spooning marinade over the fish until it is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.

5. Once done, remove the salmon from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes on a serving platter. Top with a tablespoon of the delicious sauce and chopped fresh parsley for garnish. Serve with your favorite side dish and lemon wedges.

Enjoy!

Notes

1. You can spoon the remaining marinade over the salmon at the table with lemon wedges. (I always make extra marinade to serve at the table.)

2. Removing Skin from Salmon – You can slide a sharp knife carefully under the skin to remove it if you prefer eating salmon without the skin.

3. Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
