This bright honey lemon dijon vinaigrette is the perfect accompaniment for any green salad! Also delicious over steamed veggies.
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Honey
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
6–7 Turns of Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Add Olive Oil to a medium bowl.
Add Lemon Juice, Mustard, and Honey. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Add salt and pepper.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Whisk before re-serving. This is a great recipe to double so you have extra ready to go!
