Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups Milk of Choice
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Place Milk and Chia Seeds in Blender first. Blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Add Cocoa Powder, Honey or Maple Syrup and Vanilla. Blend until thick and creamy.
  3. You can enjoy this recipe right away or refrigerate it and enjoy it later. 
  4. Serve in your favorite glass or mason jar. Top with cocoa nibs, mini chocolate chips, whipped cream, or yogurt.

 

 

 

Notes

    • Use fresh Chia Seeds for best results.

    • This is a beautiful dessert recipe you can make ahead of time.
    • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
