Ingredients

2 Cups Dark Frozen Cherries

2 Cups Almond Milk or Milk of Choice

3 Tablespoons Ground Hemp Seed – (or Ground Flax if you do not have Hemp)

1/2 Cup Ice

3 Tablespoons Almond Butter or Sunflower Butter

1/2 banana

1 Cup Baby Spinach

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

How To Make This Inflammation-Busting Smoothie

Add Almond Milk, Spinach, Almond Butter, Hemp Seeds, Ice, Vanilla, and Banana to a high-powered Blender. Blend for one minute. Add Frozen Cherries. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

Optional – Add one scoop of Protein Powder

Toppings – Cacao Nibs or Mini Chocolate Chips

Alternative – Make with Peanut Butter- I tried it, and it’s terrific!
