Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 3 tablespoons golden flaxseed or 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup rolled old-fashioned oats
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups berries
  • 2 scoops protein powder or peanut powder
  • 1 apple

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, with liquids first.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy!

Notes

  • We used certified gluten-free oats
  • We used nonfat organic dairy milk, but any milk will work!
  • You can also make this smoothie without a banana
