Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 23 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 2 cups Fresh Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 cups Pineapple Juice, Coconut Water, or Coconut Milk
  • Optional add protein powder, ground flax or collagen protein

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, liquids first, for easy blending.
  2. Blend on high until it has a smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Serve in a tall glass garnished with pineapple wedge. Enjoy!
