Homemade Simple Gluten-Free Vanilla Coconut Granola Recipe your whole family will LOVE!
Melt Coconut Oil in a Saucepan. Remove from heat.
Add GF Oatmeal, Sunflower Seeds, Chopped Almonds, Coconut Flakes, and Sea Salt to a large mixing bowl.
Mix Maple Syrup with Coconut Oil and pour over the dry ingredients. Add Vanilla. Mix thoroughly with dry ingredients.
Spread Granola onto a large baking pan covered with parchment, flattening the granola onto the pan.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before storing!
*Let cool completely before storing in Refrigerator or Freezer.
Optional- Add 1/2 Cup Ground Flaxseed to cooled Granola to add healthy Fiber.
