Ingredients

•  All-purpose gluten-free      flour blend •  Baking soda •  Ground cinnamon •  Ground ginger •  Ground cloves •  Salt •  Ground allspice   •  Unsalted butter

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper.

STEP 1

Dry Ingredients – Whisk the flour,  baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt, and allspice in a  medium bowl.

STEP 2

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter completely in the microwave.
