What’s Special  About Chia Seeds?

•  Chia provides a similar amount of omega-3 fatty acids as ground flaxseed in the form of alpha linolenic acid, or ALA. 

Ingredients

•  Chia Seeds •  Unsweetened Vanilla       Almond Milk •  Sweet Frozen Cherries •  Pure Vanilla •  Maple Syrup

Blend Almond Milk, Almond Butter, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, and Cherries in a High-Speed Blender.

STEP 1

Pour Chia Cherry Mixture into a large glass bowl. Add Chia Seeds and combine well.

STEP 2

Chill overnight in a tightly sealed bowl until thick and creamy.
