How To Make Homemade Ginger Beer Mocktail

  1. Make your own homemade Ginger Honey Simple Syrup , Simple Syrup or bottled Ginger Syrup.
  2. Add ice to fill a bar glass. Squeeze the juice of ¼ of a lemon into the glass.
  3. Add one shot glass of honey simple syrup, 2 ounces of ginger beer, and 1-2 ounces of bubbly water or club soda.
  4. Garnish the glass with a slice of lemon. You can also use an orange slice.

Variations

  • Make with maple syrup and ginger syrup.
  • Use a bottled all-natural ginger ale.
  • Serve with an orange slice or fresh pineapple
  • Add a splash of Pineapple juice or Orange Juice
  • You can use simple syrup instead of honey ginger syrup.

1 Fresh Lemon

Instructions

4. Garnish glass with a slice of lemon. You can also use an orange slice. I love putting slices in the glass as well.
