If you haven’t ventured into Mocktails yet, a ‘Mocktail’ is a mixed non-alcoholic cocktail. On nights when you want something adult and refreshing but don’t want alcohol, it’s a lovely alternative. Many people are wanting to drink less or not at all. Mocktails are a fun and delicious alternative to alcohol.
5 Simple Ingredients
For this non-alcoholic coconut martini mocktail, you will need the following ingredients: A printable recipe card is at the bottom of the post.
- Organic Creamy Coconut Milk – I used JIVA Full Fat Organic Guar-Gum Free Coconut Milk
- Pelligrino, Club Soda, or any Sparkling Water – This is an excellent substitute for alcohol in this mocktail.
- Ice
- Maple Syrup – This added a touch of sweetness without being overpowering
- Lime – juice of a fresh lime

- Place 1 cup of Blended Coconut Milk, 2 Cups of Ice, 2 Tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup, and 2 Cups of Sparkling Water with the Juice of 1/2 Lime in a Cocktail Shaker. Shake for a minute and then strain the mixture into 2 Martini Glasses.

Variations and Expert Tips
- Make it into a Pina Colada Mocktail by adding Pineapple Juice instead of Sparkling Water.

- You can also omit the Maple Syrup or use Honey

Buy the best coconut milk possible. I used Organic Guar Gum Free Unsweetened Coconut Milk. I blended it in a high-speed blender, so it was beautifully creamy.
Place 1 cup of Blended Coconut Milk, 2 Cups of Ice, 2 Tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup, and 2 Cups of Sparkling Water with the Juice of 1/2 Lime in a Cocktail Shaker. Shake for a minute and then strain the mixture into 2 Martini Glasses.
