- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons real maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter and extra peanut butter for topping!
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

How To Make Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding- Step by Step
- Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl. Let the chia pudding mixture rest for 10-15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, add the chia mixture to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. *If you love the bit of crunch from chia seeds like my husband, you can skip this step.
- Place the blended chia mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until thick and creamy.
- Whisk in a few tablespoons of additional milk if the chia mixture is too thick.
- Serve in glasses or small mason jars. Top with peanut butter, dark chocolate cocoa nibs or your favorite toppings!
