  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons real maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter and extra peanut butter for topping!
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

How To Make Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding- Step by Step

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl. Let the chia pudding mixture rest for 10-15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes, add the chia mixture to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. *If you love the bit of crunch from chia seeds like my husband, you can skip this step.
  3. Place the blended chia mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until thick and creamy.
  4. Whisk in a few tablespoons of additional milk if the chia mixture is too thick.
  5. Serve in glasses or small mason jars. Top with peanut butter, dark chocolate cocoa nibs or your favorite toppings!
